Our Residential Community is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker.

**Job Description**

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will provide care and support that enhances their wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide person-centered care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care standards are met

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and handling procedures
