Energy Quality Specialist

Our team seeks a skilled Energy Quality Specialist to drive quality in residential energy solutions. This role involves collaborating with partner networks to ensure high standards in renewable storage installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support field trials and develop localized technical content for new product deployments.
- Develop strategies, processes, and metrics to measure and evaluate quality in the installation network.
- Track quality performance metrics, prioritize issues, and drive continuous improvement activities across teams.
- Identify training needs, create educational materials, organize, and deliver training sessions for installation partners.
- Perform quality audits of field installations to ensure conformity to relevant codes and guidelines.
- Lead containment/sort activity on non-conforming material and provide disposition.
- Provide best-in-class product support to installers and installer-facing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in a quality/training role in an operations environment.
- Relevant work experience in solar PV or energy storage.
- In-depth understanding of electrical, solar PV, and energy storage fundamentals.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills (basic SQL familiarity is a plus).
