Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee and drive the technical strategy for Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Cloud, solution architecture, and cross-functional leadership. They will bring technical depth across Salesforce products, hands-on development expertise, and a proven ability to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Manage system stability, performance, and adherence to security, compliance, and patching standards
  • Oversee the development of customizations, third-party integrations, and data integrity
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, administration, and solution architecture
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and automation tools
  • Experience with complex integrations using APIs and data migration tools
  • Demonstrated ability to produce solution designs and technical documentation
