About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation and business growth.

You will be at the forefront of our Salesforce engagements—collaborating closely with stakeholders, consultants, and developers to define, architect, and implement best-fit solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industry Cloud.

  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures for complex Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform capabilities
  • Pioneer scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using Salesforce best practices, driving transformative change across the organization
  • Oversee architectural reviews, define system and application architecture, and govern platform performance, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes
  • Analyze platform and technology options, recommending Salesforce-native solutions wherever possible, balancing innovation with reliability
  • Work collaboratively with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver integrated solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Provide architecture artefacts, technical roadmaps, and design documentation across transformation initiatives, ensuring informed decision-making and successful project execution
  • Mentor delivery teams and support technical up-skilling across engagements, empowering staff to reach their full potential
  • Ensure effective integration with external systems through scalable APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and secure data models, driving streamlined processes and enhanced customer experiences
