We use our curiosity for good, inspiring change and empowering changemakers. As a Sustainability Consultant, you'll join us on this journey, leveraging your passion for regenerative practice, high-performance design, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

About the Role:

  • Develop and advance sustainability through best practices and internal training programs.
  • Contribute to consultancy projects with client-facing and resource management skills.
  • Participate in integrated multi-disciplinary design teams designing buildings and systems from simple to complex.
  • Analyze building physics phenomena, including energy demand, MEP systems simulation, thermal comfort, façade performance, daylight performance, glare, solar exposure and access, pedestrian wind comfort, renewable energy generation, natural ventilation.
  • Support compliance with Australian and international codes and planning requirements: NCC 2019 Part J, BESS, Green Star, MUSIC, NABERS.
  • Represent the firm in coordination and advocacy activities with industry bodies, such as the Property Council of Australia, GBCA, ILFI, IWBI, and others.
  • Illustrate concepts and prepare written reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of consulting experience preferably in the building industry; fresh graduates welcome.
  • PASSION FOR SUSTAINABILITY PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES.
  • Experience in project management, data analysis, and metric development.
  • Strong reporting writing skills and strong consulting skills.
  • Organised and effective team member, able to work easily with others, manage staff, negotiate, and effectively delegate.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
  • Advanced communication skills.
