Sustainability Transformation Expert
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sustainability strategy. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced professional with expertise in sustainable practices and a passion for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sustainable initiatives across various projects and departments.
Enhance client relationships by promoting sustainable solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Relevant tertiary qualification combined with equivalent training, accreditation, and experience.
Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) status is desirable.
Membership with a recognised industry body.
At least 2 recognised accreditations in areas such as Green Star, LEED, BREEAM, WELL, or NABERS.
A well-developed understanding of global, national, and state environmental and sustainability policy, legislation, and industry trends.
Additionally, you should possess:
Minimum 5+ years relevant professional engineering/consulting experience across the full project lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information verbally and in writing with all stakeholders.
Ability to lead, manage, and affect change while handling ambiguity.
Politically astute with team members and clients.
Ability to exercise well-developed problem-solving skills and use substantial initiative and judgment to work independently.
