**Job Title:** Disability Support Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to fill a Disability Support Worker position.

The successful applicant will provide direct support to customers with various needs, including domestic and personal care assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to customers across their daily needs.
  • Assist customers in accessing community services and developing positive relationships.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment in supported independent living settings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High resilience, confidence, and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to use software applications.
