Psychologist Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for developing clinical expertise in a supportive environment with diverse service pathways. This includes the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and private sector.

You will participate in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, you will administer various psychological assessments and collaborate with a multi-discipline team of practitioners in clinic settings or community environments.

To enhance your skills and knowledge in specialized areas, you will have access to training and resources.

  • Participate in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology.
  • Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program.
  • Registration with AHPRA with endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, Education and Developmental Psychology, or Forensic Psychology.
  • Car and license.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencement.
