Job Summary:

Robotics Integration Specialist

As a Robotics Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the integration and utilization of robotic surgical systems in clinical settings. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and internal teams to support training, ongoing utilization, and technical performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, operating room staff, and other healthcare professionals on proper robotic system use.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proficiency and competency in utilizing the technology.
  • Clinical Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with healthcare institutions and surgical teams to facilitate successful integration into clinical practice.
    • Offer on-site support during surgical procedures to address technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Education and Research:
    • Conduct educational programs, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of robotic solutions within the medical community.
    • Participate in industry conferences and events to showcase technology and share clinical insights.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and clinical teams to understand their needs and gather feedback.
    • Act as a liaison between the organization and the healthcare community to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Improvement:
    • Collect and communicate feedback from clinical users to the product development team, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
