Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Projects Team to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of world-first automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience and ability to manage portfolios and programmes of work
• Assist and guide the Projects team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing updates and insights.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Minimum 5-7+ years' experience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Formal qualifications in project management, mechatronics and/ or engineering is desirable
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite) and project management software's
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated passion for robotics, automation, and technology.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work under the guidance of The Head of projectswhile also demonstrating initiative and independence.
