Job Title: Healthcare Professional

About The Role
  • Support clients in the residential program with medication administration and care planning.
  • Provide high standard of client care, recognising and acting in accordance with established mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Intake and admission to unit management
  • Assessment and care planning services
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Care escalation when required
What We Are Looking For
  • Enrolled Nurse Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated competence as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed care principles
  • Willingness to attend further education and training opportunities
  • Immunisation status up to date
