Festive Sales Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Festive Sales Assistant in Ballarat. This is a fixed-term position that will start in the lead-up to Christmas and run through the busy festive period.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting all aspects of store operations, and maintaining high standards of presentation and visual merchandising. You will work closely with the store team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience to all customers
  • Support all elements of store operations, including sales, stock replenishment, and cash handling
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Process sales, process and replenish stock, and maintain presentation and visual merchandise standards

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 'Can do' attitude and team player
  • Desire to challenge yourself to achieve business objectives
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, late nights, and weekends
