Before and After School Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of children.

This role requires an ability to lead a team of educators, provide high-quality before and after school care programs, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for local families.
In addition, this position offers:

- autonomy to manage compliance documents and administrative tasks
- the chance to mentor and develop a team of educators
- regular support from our experienced manager
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- previous experience in the childcare industry
- a valid Working with Children's Check in your state
- a Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state
- a current First Aid certification (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training)
- a valid Food Handling certificate relevant to your state
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
