Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and driven individual who thrives on helping others achieve their goals. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering people to overcome employment barriers and achieve sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
- Identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support individuals at work and beyond.
- Create personalized job plans with participants to facilitate clear pathways into employment.
- Increase employability through training and other support services.
Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights.
- Full Australian driver's license.
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Ability to speak Arabic (desirable).
