Paid Search Lead

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search professional to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be at the forefront of digital marketing and drive business results through innovative search strategies.

You will work closely with our growing client base, developing and executing SEM strategies on Google and Bing ad accounts to meet targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing best-in-class experiments, updating our experimentation library with results.
  • Managing client relationships, running regular work-in-progress meetings, and project managing deliverables through our internal sprint system.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to automate repetitive tasks and build a scalable system using AI tooling.
  • Performing detailed analysis, cross-referencing account data with GA4 and other data sources to drive results.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members.
  • Building financial models forecasting performance across different spend thresholds.
  • Ensuring conversion actions are set up correctly and UTMs are maintained.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to track performance.
  • Establishing strong relationships with Google and Bing account managers, staying up-to-date on industry trends and new tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Google, Bing, and other search platforms.
  • Proficiency in GA4, building reports, and performing analysis.
  • Experience with UTM and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to utilize tools like Supermetrics, Funnel, and Looker to manipulate and visualize data.
  • Strong systems mindset and writing skills; documentation and internal wikis are essential in our culture.
