Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid digital strategies across search, social and affiliate channels in our fast-paced eCommerce environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to develop and optimise full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing.

  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor KPIs, ROAS and customer acquisition metrics; deliver clear reports and insights.
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure tracking accuracy and platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimise full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor KPIs, ROAS and customer acquisition metrics; deliver clear reports and insights.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting and spend reallocation to maximise performance.
  • Lead a team of digital marketers, setting clear goals and promoting continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, eCommerce, creative) and external vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or fashion.
  • Proven results in paid media management and budget optimisation.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads and related tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media or similar.
