Job Title: Commercial Customer Success Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our strategic mid-market customers.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading construction technology company and make a real impact on the lives of our customers. As a Commercial Customer Success Engineer, you will be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing business performance gains from their investment in Procore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and utilization of Procore's software platforms.
  • Provide product roadmap and product release updates to customers to ensure they are aware of new features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources to ensure customers have a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or technical pre-sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to master Procore's product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
