Disability Support Worker Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions.

Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in accessing community services, including shopping and social activities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized plans to meet those needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to establish and maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, and will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
