We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews to support the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects.

About the Opportunity

This position offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team that designs and delivers projects in various sectors including Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure program, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors and site crews to deliver diverse and technically challenging infrastructure projects across Sydney.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, or structures).
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site resources.
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients.
  • Working knowledge of construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools.
