Nurse Practice Specialist

The Department of Health, Tasmania invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
**Job Description:**
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Nurse Unit Manager with planning and management of staff and resources, as well as providing operational leadership through coordination of day-to-day patient care activities, including patient flow.
**Benefits:**
This role offers a competitive salary range of $106,570 to $112,440 per annum, as well as access to salary packaging benefits, including living expenses and meal entertainment. You will also receive travel and relocation assistance support, as well as opportunities for professional development and accelerated pathways.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Registered Nurse qualification from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, as well as holds, or is working towards, relevant postgraduate qualifications.
