Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable support workers to work casually on the Central Coast. Shifts are available immediately for suitably qualified applicants.

This role involves engaging and communicating with clients to foster inclusion, choice and control in all aspects of our services:

  • Provide high-quality care and personal support
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing and grooming
  • Engage and treat clients with genuine dignity and respect
About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • The right to live and work in Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check (willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (willing to obtain)
  • Driver's license
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Vaccinations: up-to-date FLU and COVID-19 vaccinations
