What You'll Do

Support participants with daily living, personal care, and community access

Promote independence, life skills, and social connection

Build meaningful and respectful relationships with participants and families

Deliver high-quality, rights-based support aligned with NDIS goals

What You'll Need

Compassion, reliability, and a genuine interest in disability or mental health support

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (between 6am–9pm)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A values-driven approach with commitment to best practice

National Criminal Record Check

Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (free online)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Willingness to complete mandatory training (e.g. child safety, infection control)
