Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our in-store technology is fit for purpose and aligned with project goals, priorities, and timelines.
  • Champion Agile and Scrum principles within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing guidance and coaching to team members on best practices.
  • Identify and address impediments to team progress, promoting a solutions-oriented mindset among team members and advocating for the team within the larger technology group.

Requirements

  • Significant demonstrable experience working in structured Agile teams as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master, embodying Agile Scrum values of focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
  • The ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a given problem to all levels across the business.
  • Significant experience working in a large organisation, preferably retail.
  • Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
