About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail experiences across various touchpoints, including visual merchandising projects, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and in-store communications. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within Samsung, retailers, and third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of retail shop POS and visual merchandising (VM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with Samsung Brand Guidelines and HQ priorities.
  • Ensure that the Samsung brand is prominently featured through retail activations, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with field teams, serving as the primary point of contact for all field-related issues and communication.
  • Support the Retail Programs Manager in analyzing and reporting on retail health checks, fixture audits, retail mapping, and weekly progress reports.
  • Closely work with the Retail Programs Manager to understand key shopper and consumer research, incorporating this insights into all retail programs.
  • Manage budgets effectively to deliver retail projects on time and within allocated resources.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a retail-focused role, preferably in an agency or marketing function within a brand environment.
  • Familiarity with sales environments and field teams would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Excel/Project Management software knowledge would be highly regarded.
  • A solid grasp of retail opportunities and challenges within the in-store environment.
