Job Description

We are seeking a highly ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition efforts and drive strategic growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the New Zealand market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for championing performance marketing, scaling acquisition across multiple channels, and driving paid social content strategy. They will also be expected to run continuous tests, measure results, and learn from experience to maximize efficiency and conversion.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, CRM, and business teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of projects, and driving results-oriented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
  • Experience scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Data literacy, with the ability to use insights to drive optimizations and inform decisions.
  • Solid experience with budget management and data analysis tools.
  • A strong balance of analytical chops and creative spark, with the ability to work closely with creative teams and/or creators to develop high-performing ads.
