Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate school programs and support staff to foster a culture of excellence in sporting and academic achievement.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, utilize technology, and assess student learning.
• Motivate students to achieve and develop a lifelong love of learning and sports for life wellbeing.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a 2-point coordinator allowance. The estimated annual salary is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience and expertise coordinating sport within a secondary school.
• Ability to manage a budget and engage with external stakeholders.
• Extensive pedagogical knowledge base and understanding of how students learn.
• Understanding of differentiated learning to cater for students' needs.
• Sound understanding of sporting needs, learning environments, and teaching practices.
