Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, updating documentation, and supporting compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisition or sustainment logistics, with proficiency in ILS documentation, inventory management, and understanding of ASDEFCON and CLC frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and update ILS documentation in line with acquisition requirements
  • Support compliance activities, including ACT and MILIS transactions
  • Draft logistics-related briefs, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with CDRL reviews, FIC inputs to CLC processes, and logistics policy clarification
  • Provide input into systems analysis, costing, business case development, and procurement activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background in acquisition or sustainment logistics
  • Proficiency in ILS documentation, inventory management, and understanding of ASDEFCON and CLC frameworks
  • Ability to manage or contribute to Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) programs and life cycle cost assessments
  • NV1 security clearance (minimum), with the ability to obtain NV2

  • Experience with Defence workforce planning, including material safety compliance (e.g., SDSs)
