The Role:

  • Process transactions efficiently on the point-of-sale system, minimizing wait times and enhancing the overall shopping experience
  • Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Offer personalized styling advice and support in fitting rooms, empowering customers to make informed purchasing decisions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role, coupled with a strong sense of personal style and creativity
  • A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising, styling, and creating visually appealing store displays
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with large stock volumes, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising: Create captivating store displays that showcase products in an attractive and cohesive manner
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process stock deliveries, and manage floor stocks to ensure efficient restocking
  • Customer Service: Provide expert styling advice, resolve customer inquiries, and offer assistance with product selections and returns
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of the store team
