About the Role

MPK Kinetic is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Gas Gathering team in the Surat Basin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of contractor and subcontractor groups to ensure that design, technical, and quality standards are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Managing resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and inspecting ongoing work to ensure it meets MPK and client-specific quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and ensuring compliance with MPK and client-specific management system procedures.
  • Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Preferably 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A trade qualification relevant to the field of operation of the position (or relevant experience where a trade qualification does not exist).
  • A Construction card.
  • An Industry Safety Induction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, and managing project timelines and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, conducting meetings, and reporting.
  • High commercial awareness.
