About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our Gas Gathering team in the Surat Basin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during projects, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate and plan resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets MPK and client-specific quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure compliance with MPK and client-specific management system procedures.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
  • Preferably 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Trade qualification relevant to the field of operation of the position (or relevant experience where trade qualification does not exist).
  • Construction card.
  • Industry Safety Induction.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, and managing project timelines and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, conducting meetings, and reporting.
  • High commercial awareness.
