Senior Operations Supervisor for Gas Gathering Team

About the Role:

MPK Kinetic is seeking a dedicated Senior Operations Supervisor to join its Gas Gathering team in the Surat Basin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of contractor and subcontractor groups to ensure that design, technical, and quality standards are met safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Lead and manage a team fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, proactively mitigating risks
  • Coordinate and plan resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets MPK and client-specific quality standards and project specifications

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A trade qualification relevant to the field of operation and industry experience, as well as a construction card and industry safety induction, are also essential. If you have a keen eye for detail, a commercial awareness, and proficiency in planning and resource allocation, we encourage you to apply.
