Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ICT projects that align with our organisation's strategic goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and uncover opportunities for business improvement.

You will analyse and document key project deliverables, including business requirements documents, current and future stage process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will also develop and evaluate process diagrams in accordance with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN), ensuring clarity and alignment with organisational goals.

Your expertise will be utilised to contribute expert input into functional requirements, statements of work, test scenarios, and benefits management documentation. You will identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions while outlining their business impacts.

In addition, you will conduct market research and early vendor engagement to inform solution options and procurement strategies. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ICT solutions that meet business objectives. Finally, you will ensure solutions align with stakeholder expectations through comprehensive testing and refinement processes.
