What you'll do

Docusign is growing fast, and we are looking for people to join our high-performance team who are excited to make a difference and help out wherever needed. The Solution Consultant will support the Commercial sales team by helping to understand complex customer business problems and requirements and translate them into solutions leveraging Docusign's platform.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting EMEA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Articulating the Docusign company vision, key business messages, and the business value of Docusign solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Working closely with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and pain points.
  • Creating innovative Docusign solutions to resolve customer challenges.
  • Presenting solutions to stakeholders.
  • Gaining command of the Docusign platform, including current and future features.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Professional Services for timely solution delivery.
  • Assisting in winning customer opportunities through active engagement.
  • Understanding core technologies, system integrations, and APIs used.
  • Creating compelling customer solutions.
  • Responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Attending industry and partner events in EMEA to present and demo solutions.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (minimum 2 days/week; may vary by team). Positions are assigned a job designation of In Office, Hybrid, or Remote, which can change based on business needs and local law.
