Job Opportunity: Credit Analyst

As a credit analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating our lending function by evolving and maintaining policies in line with industry and risk changes. This role involves coordinating underwriting, assessing risks, and evaluating loan applications.

    • Coordinating the underwriting process to ensure effective lending practices are followed.
    • Oversight of risk assessments to minimise fraud, credit, and operational losses.
    • Facilitating the evaluation of loan applications and ensuring compliance with lending criteria.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential and/or commercial mortgage lending credit assessment.
    • Delegated Lending Authority (DLA).
    • Strong understanding of lending principles, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
