As a corporate migration lawyer, you will play a vital role in a dynamic legal team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the field of employer-sponsored and related migration matters. You will work independently, managing files, drafting submissions, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards under the supervision of senior legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Draft complex submissions and correspondence, including GTEs, health waivers, character waivers, and responses to requests for more information.
  • Conduct thorough research to support matter strategy and risk mitigation, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.
  • Utilize internal systems to monitor deadlines, visa expiry dates, and compliance events, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, guaranteeing audit readiness and efficient knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely and compliant outcomes, aligning with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate risks, delays, or client issues promptly, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives, driving excellence in migration services.
  • Contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace culture, fostering fairness, integrity, and professionalism among team members.
