Data Migration Expert

We are looking for an expert to help us migrate and improve the way our clients work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on data migrations on large projects
  • Designing and developing data mapping, testing & reconciliation frameworks and tools
  • Designing and developing data profiling and quality monitoring processes and tools
  • Supporting clients with the continuous improvement of data quality
  • Providing specialist advice on best practices and innovative uses of data
  • Working closely with non-technical stakeholders to explain and address technical risks and requirements

About You
  • You have a background in defining and leading large scale data migration and data-centric transformation projects
  • Experience with migration of large complex data sets using ETL tools (ideally 5+ years)
  • Experience in migrating data for ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Oracle
  • Experience in defining data migration strategies, requirements, data profiling & quality processes, and testing & reconciliation frameworks
  • Experience with data engineering, data quality, data cleansing activities
  • Experience of different delivery methodologies across the project lifecycle

Requirements
  • Data Engineering / ETL / Data Quality / Data Profiling skills with one or more leading integration tools
  • A strong background in coding, preferable experience with SQL, Python and/or R
  • Project delivery toolset experience in one or more batch ETL tools
