Job Description

  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic education team on a temporary basis to cover leaves and provide high-quality training and education to staff.

This role involves developing and delivering ongoing training and education to staff working across our Aged Care stream, ensuring high-quality care is provided for residents.

Essential Requirements

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education;
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with high-level ICT skills;
  • Unrestricted drivers license and willingness to travel with overnight stays;
  • Covid-19 vaccination unless assessed exempt;

Desirable Qualifications

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 OR TAE40122).

Flexible working arrangements are available, and some travel and overnight stays may be required.
