About the Role:

Dimensional is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Channel Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that enables our sales teams to connect effectively with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement marketing plans across multiple sales channels.
  • Design and execute cross-channel messaging and prospect marketing activities to create qualified leads.
  • Serve as a dedicated consultant and resource for channel leadership teams, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop campaign concepts, key deliverables, and promotion plans, ensuring effective tracking and recording.
  • Lead internal and external promotion of sales and marketing initiatives, maximizing visibility and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and marketplace opportunities/challenges, informing strategic decisions and contributing to benchmarking efforts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team on project coordination, resourcing, and workflow.
  • Align Channel needs with public presence and brand awareness strategy for paid media activity, collaborating with the Corporate Communications team.
  • Partner with the global marketing team to execute and manage global initiatives, driving business results.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy, continuously seeking improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, working with senior executives in a global business environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing multichannel marketing strategies and initiatives, with experience marketing to financial advisors, wealth, or institutional channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish confidence and build influence with leadership and employees.
  • Strong organizational skills, including collaboration and stakeholder management, to achieve optimal results.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
