Job Title: On Road Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On Road Supervisor to join our team at Veolia. As an On Road Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our waste collection services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bin collections to maximize route efficiency
  • Administer driver hours and report duties across the site
  • Problem solve by responding to customer and driver issues with a solutions-focused approach
  • Conduct site safety inspections for new and existing sites
  • Respond to operational queries raised by customers and drivers
  • Attend daily end-of-shift meetings to capture incidents and issues

Requirements

  • Good computer and general communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and AS400
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate and negotiate
  • Strong focus on health and safety
