We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Developer to join our team. The role of the Digital Content Developer is to support us by converting technical documents into web pages and other interactive digital content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint that supports staff to effectively interact with business units.
  • Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
  • Develop site maps and templates.
  • Contribute to documenting processes and workflows.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high quality outcomes.
  • Work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical competencies in producing high quality digital content with good time management skills. They will be required to adhere to team processes and work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements
  • Able to read, understand and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content.
  • Able to estimate time to complete technical requirements and report effectively.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps.
  • Effective communication skills including ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Ability to analyse digital content for quality and accuracy.
  • Strong self-management skills including the ability to organise work activities and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
