The Contracts and Offers Manager plays a pivotal role in the Australian operations of a leading developer/operator of renewable energy assets. This Melbourne-based full-time position requires a Senior Contracts Administrator ready to take on new challenges.

This key position reports to the Optimisation Manager and is responsible for providing timely advice and guidance on contractual and commercial processes and procedures for Australian operations.

You will work closely with Senior Operations management and other functional areas, OEMs, and service providers to analyse, formulate, negotiate, and execute O&M contracts and agreements with favourable business outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Degree in Business Management or Commerce
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial and contracts management, including contract negotiation and administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical asset management or O&M management in the energy sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of wind operations, maintenance cycles, and industry-leading practices
  • Working knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation
  • Experience in contract negotiation and contract risk management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A relevant tertiary degree in business management or commerce
  • Significant experience in commercial and contracts management
