Job Title:

About the Role:

The Head of Physical Preparation role involves overseeing and delivering strength and conditioning programs to elite athletes. This includes developing and implementing training plans, providing coaching support, and managing the delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level strength and conditioning programs
  • Manage a team of strength and conditioning professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with athletes and coaches
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Exercise Science or related field
  • ASCA Professional Coach Accreditation (PCAS)
  • Current First Aid and resuscitation certificate
