Job Description

Queenstown Gymnastics is seeking a motivated and skilled Head Coach to lead our coaching team and support the development of athletes and programs across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of WAG programs
  • Mentor and lead a team of dedicated coaches
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, technique, and athlete well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the management committee, parents, and the gymnastics community
  • Contribute to club development, programs and planning
Requirements:
  • Experienced in coaching WAG or MAG
  • Hold relevant coaching accreditation ideally advanced or above
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Passionate about gymnastics and athlete-centered coaching
  • Hold or able to obtain: Working With Children Check; First Aid & CPR certification; Technical Membership (Gymnastics Australia or relevant body)
