The Project

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Electrical Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Mechanical & Electrical team for the M6 Stage 1 project. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and auditing of the CPB quality management system to ensure continual improvement.

The Opportunity

The project requires a passionate and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Electrical Engineer to assist in the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance and seeking improvement of the Project Management System and systems for data, document, and record management.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including experience as an auditor of construction quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with quality management systems, planning techniques, and tools.
  • Awareness of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems.
  • Good communication, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Solid relationship building and high-level writing skills.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
