About You

You are a degree-qualified HR professional with deep expertise across the employee lifecycle. You thrive on building strong relationships, adding value to business strategies, and are curious about what makes our people tick. With a knack for coaching, you are confident in managing complex ER issues and bringing forward bold recommendations.

Requirements

  • Senior generalist HR experience with formal HR qualifications.
  • A proven track record as a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner, within a Professional Services environment.
  • Coaching qualifications and a Mental Health First Aid certification are a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, organisational policies, and performance management.
  • Experience in managing projects of varying complexity, including M&A change management.
