- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment plans that drive positive change.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to diverse needs.
- Offer expert advice on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities, to promote independence and well-being.
- Recommend assistive technology solutions to help participants overcome functional limitations and achieve their full potential.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body as an Occupational Therapist.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills that foster strong relationships.
- A proactive attitude, driven by a passion for improvement and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment that values diversity and inclusion.
