About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to lead our Operations team for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) business in Australia and Singapore. This role requires a leader with a vision to take the team to the next level of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation and management of processes for inbound transportation, Fulfillment Center receive, inventory, and reverse logistics problems.
  • Manage FBA Operations programs and create metrics to provide insights into day-to-day performance.
  • Be the subject matter expert for all operational initiatives for FBA AU & SG.
  • Audit, hold internal teams accountable through defined metrics, handle escalations, improve processes, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
