About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Office Lead to join our Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading an enterprise-wide program focused on operational resilience, risk, and service provider management.

As a Program Management Office Lead, you will be accountable for the successful day-to-day operations, managing all tools and infrastructure in accordance with Group-wide requirements for projects and change. You will also manage core program deliverables, including integrated project plans and financial reporting.

Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and support Program Governance, Board, and Regulatory engagement forums, including development of papers, minutes, and action tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office
  • Develop and implement integrated project plans and financial reporting
  • Support Program Governance, Board, and Regulatory engagement forums
  • Develop papers, minutes, and action tracking
Requirements
  • Experience in running Project Management Offices for multi-workstream Programs within the financial services sector
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to synthesise multiple sources of information
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree and prior experience in a consulting firm will be advantageous
