The Learning Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting education programs and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of educational initiatives
- Supervise and engage children at all times ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND EMPATHY
- Comply with National Quality Standards and policies
- Support reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives
- Above award wages and casual leave loading allowance
