Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As an overnight support worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to a young boy with severe muscular dystrophy.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to the individual, including medication administration, feeding, and transfers
  • Assisting with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert III in Disability or equivalent qualifications
  • Current DHS Disability Clearance and Working With Children Clearance
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR training
  • Manual Handling Certificate
